Nikita is an iconic girls streetwear and outerwear brand that brings style and rebellious confidence to girls from the streets to the mountains. From our humble beginnings in the back of a skateboard shop in the late 90’s, we started with a single purpose, to make clothes FOR GIRLS WHO RIDE and this is what drives us ‘til this day and into the future.

For SS20 we have three big marketing stories:

  • By Us, For Us

Nikita always has been and always will be by women for women. We seek out the best and the brightest for the Nikita Nation and are always striving to expose our audience to new female talent they may never have heard of. From our in-house marketing team to the designers, developers, photographers, athletes and producers we work with, ours is a team stocked to the roof with talent and drive. We aren’t saying we’re better than the boys, we just have more to prove.

 

  • Mindful Production

This season Nikita is proud to introduce our largest selection of sustainable and mindfully produced streetwear yet. Beginning two years ago with Blue-Sign approved recycled Thermore Eco Down in our winter jackets and outerwear, we have expanded our sustainable selection of products to include Organic Cotton Hoodies and Tees, and made our jackets using Recycled Polyester in this newest collection. We know we can never be perfect, but we also know that every effort to protect this planet we’re all on makes a difference. We at Nikita are proud to be continuing our ever-going journey towards sustainable practices and hope you enjoy our most sustainable collection yet.

 

  • Featured Trend: Stripes

Wide, skinny, thin, long, uneven- these are the kinds of stripes we love. Stripes of all sorts and sizes are welcome in our collection and we love to highlight the subtle (and not so subtle) differences between them all.
